Our Story

Founded on Conviction. Built on Craft.

CI&T was founded in 1995 in Campinas, Brazil, by a small team of engineers who believed that software excellence and business impact were inseparable. That conviction has never wavered.

What began as a focused software development boutique grew — organically and deliberately — into a full-spectrum digital transformation partner. Over nearly three decades we built a reputation not through aggressive acquisition, but through the quality of our delivery and the depth of our client relationships. We expanded into North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific, carrying the same engineering-led culture from one continent to the next.

In 2021 we listed on the Brazilian stock exchange (B3: CINT3), a milestone that affirmed our trajectory and gave us the capital to accelerate our global ambitions — particularly in artificial intelligence, data platforms and lean digital product delivery at enterprise scale.

Today CI&T partners with Fortune 500 corporations and high-growth technology companies alike, working as a deeply embedded extension of their teams rather than a transactional vendor.
